  • To provide you with important notices regarding your policy.

You can join by registering online via our Client Portal, visiting any of our branches, or calling our support line. Registration is simple and only requires your ID and contact details.

What is the waiting period for burial cover?

There is a standard 6-month waiting period for natural death. Accidental death is covered immediately after your first premium payment. Death by suicide has a 12-month waiting period.

When are claims paid out?

All valid claims are issued on Thursday of the week of the burial. We aim to validate documents within 24-48 hours of submission.

Can I add family members to my plan?

Yes, depending on your plan, you can add your spouse, children, parents, and extended family members. Each plan has a specific limit on the number of dependents.
